Please DO NOT phone to see if your bus is running. No news = bus is running. A text will inform you if your route is not running - Click on the links section to go to the school web sites.
Weather Warning - Please wrap up warm during cold weather periods. Please be aware that during very cold periods services could be delayed. We make every effort to keep things moving, but this may delay our ability to answer telephone calls. If we have to cancel a route we will inform all the people on the route by text and update the web site.
If their is a school closure during the day we will keep you informed by text. In such cases we send the buses to school as soon as possible and bring everyone home by the safest route. Please note that if we cancel a service due to weather in the morning that service does not run in the afternoon. This is to discourage parents from taking risks trying to get to school by car.

PASS RENEWAL FOR NEXT YEAR
We have had to start a waiting list on several of the routes as many of them are now full. Please remember to renew your pass between February and April each year to guarantee your place for next year. Application forms are available on the web site between February and May each year.
QEGS / WGHS and Crossley Heath 2012 / 2013 Application forms will be available from the Web site between have been removed from the web site as all runs are almost full. If you have not yet completed an application form then please do not assume we are able to provide transport. We are now only able to process applications on a room permitting basis and you will have to check with our office first. We do operate a waiting list in case anyone cancels so please give us a call to check for availability.
Remember we issue regular updates during the winter. When the weather is affecting the service we will put updates on the web site at 07:00am.
We also send out text messages whenever their is a change to the times or service due to severe weather and also let you know if we are bringing passengers home early, if the school closes.
